Set-Top Box Replacement Warranty [ 2 Years | 3 Years ]

• The set-top box is covered by a warranty for a period of 2 Years | 3 Years from the date of purchase.
• In case of a defect or malfunction during the warranty period, the set-top box will be replaced free of charge.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our service center for replacement.
• If the exact same set-top box model is not available for replacement, a similar or equivalent set-top box will be provided.
• To initiate a warranty claim, please retain your proof of purchase and contact our customer support team for return instructions.
